Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to product availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, limited-edition releases marked final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
